Welcome to Glenoaks 2025-2026! Plan on spending about 15 minutes in our school office to complete your enrollment. Please make sure to come prepared to your appointment with completed and legible application form, all current and up to date documents and immunizations!

To help us make your appointment go smoothly, please make sure to do the following BEFORE your appointment date and time:

• Print or download the GUSD Enrollment Packet. Paper copies are available in the school office.
• Complete and sign all forms (neatly and accurately).
• Gather the necessary supporting documents, listed here: https://glenoaks.gusd.net/enrollment
• Visit https://q.gusd.net/production/preenrollment to complete Pre-Enrollment and upload all completed forms from the GUSD Enrollment Packet along with all required supporting documents. We will still need to see originals at the time of enrollment appointment.

Please note:

• Enrollment is on a "first come, first serve" basis.
• Be punctual - you risk forfeiting your enrollment time if you are late. 
• For capping purposes, the time and date of your appointment will be considered your enrollment "timestamp" in case of any capacity issues.
• Your enrollment will not be considered complete until ALL necessary forms and documents are submitted via Pre-Enrollment link
• We will be unable to "timestamp" your enrollment until these necessary forms and documents are submitted.

INCOMPLETE ENROLLMENT PACKETS WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND YOU MAY LOOSE YOUR SPOT! THIS INCLUDES UP TO DATE IMMUNIZATIONS.
