Book Fair and Literacy Week!

The Scholastic Book Fair kicks off this Monday. Don’t forget to set up your eWallet so your student can shop cash-free during their classroom visit, but we can accept cash if you prefer. There will also be free books available at our book exchange tables, so every child can go home with a book.
 
We still could use some volunteers to help out so please sign up if you can

And we have a number of fun things scheduled for each day of literacy week!
 
Monday – Book Exchange
Please bring up to three gently used books from home to exchange with the school community. We will have the free book exchange available all week at tables outside the library and at the Book Fair.
 
Tuesday – Dress As Your Favorite Book Character
 
Wednesday – Guess Who’s Coming to Read

We have a number of exciting guest readers lined up to read to our classrooms Wednesday morning!

 
Thursday – Wear Pajamas to School & Book Fair Family Night @ 6pm
 
Friday – Chalk Drawing & Writing Day
 

PTA Association Meeting Thursday 3/12 @ 6pm

We will have our PTA Association Meeting this Thursday during the Book Fair Family Night where we will hold our elections for next year’s slate of officers. Family Night starts at 6pm and Association Meeting starts at 6:30. Flyer attached. See you there!
