Dress Code
As the weather warms up, we would like your support in ensuring students are dressed in school appropriate attire. Our dress code in our handbook asks that students refrain from wearing tank tops that are thin "spaghetti" straps, short shorts, or crocs or open toe sandals (especially on PE days). A good measurement tool for short shorts is our own arms. When standing with your arms by your side, shorts should not be shorter than your middle finger. Additionally, we ask that students refrain from using fake nails, especially on PE days. It is a safety concern, as this is an elementary school with playground equipment everywhere. Students who do not adhere to this, will be asked to change into clothes we have at the office, or we will call home. Please let me know if you have any questions. We appreciate you support!
