Hello Glenoaks families, what a week it has been. I am so very grateful for each of you and that we are all safe. We truly are blessed, as each of us knows many people who have lost homes or been displaced. If any of you have lost your homes, or are displaced, please let us know. The district has resources available to offer your family. 

In the coming days, our parent organizations are working on finding an organization or two our community can fundraise for, to support our community. 

As for school operations, I am certain you all have seen Dr. Watson’s email. We will follow all district guidelines to ensure the safety of our students and staff. 

This has all taken a toll on us all. If any of our students need someone to talk to, please remember that we are so lucky to have Mr. Travis, our school counselor, and Ms. Lucy, counselor intern, at Glenoaks. They can check in and support our students.
